Research Assistant for
the case study "Skill Acquisition and Labour Market Experience of
At Risk Workers in Steel, Light Manufacturing and Nursing Homes" Sara Mann is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Rotman School of Management. She earned an MBA degree from McMaster University. Sara’s research interests include the learning of low wage workers, performance stability, leadership, performance management and the legal aspects of selection and performance appraisalHer research interests include school-work youth transitions, school choice reforms, adult education, international / intercultural education, critical feminist pedagogy, and migrant labour issues. Sue has published and presented her research in Canada and the United States on a wide range of topics related to education.
